Normally, I IM my son at Camp Liberty, and not heard a word since the attack.

Unsure of his country, but I hear that the two injured at the base by the Americans. I believe - an attack on an automatic basis would be a notice (including e-mail, tel.calls) Blackout of each of the base until when and if the family must be notified - I think my 3 days.
